Most of our concrete planters, coasters and other pieces are made to order in our Newcastle studio. Please allow 1–3 working days for your piece to be made, quality-checked, and carefully packed before dispatch. You'll receive an email notification when your order is on its way.
We pack all orders by hand using protective materials — concrete is robust, but we take no chances with transit. Every piece leaves the studio well-protected.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Royal Mail's network is generally reliable but delays can occasionally occur, particularly around public holidays.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applicable in their country. We are required to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments — we cannot mark parcels as gifts or undervalue items on customs documentation.

Personalised concrete pieces — items with names, dates, or custom inscriptions — are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure about anything.
If your order arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, please photograph the damage and contact us at hello@croiconcrete.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return postage, at no cost to you. We take transit damage seriously and use your feedback to improve our packing.
All Croi Concrete orders are packed using recycled cardboard, kraft paper, and biodegradable void fill. We don't use single-use plastic in our packaging. Outer boxes are fully recyclable. Our aim is to get your piece to you safely without unnecessary waste.
